Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Teller at our Retail branch in Ras Al Khaimah. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Educate customers on various banking products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Adhere to all banking policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus
