We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Territory Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Territory Operations Program Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities within your assigned territory to ensure efficient and effective program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to support the overall business objectives of the company in the assigned territory.
- Manage a team of operations staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication across departments.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies within the territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, and government agencies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
