Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Textile Worker Assistant to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the production of textile products by assisting skilled workers in various tasks throughout the manufacturing process. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the textile industry and contribute to the efficiency and quality of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist textile workers in the preparation and processing of raw materials for production, including sorting, measuring, and cutting fabrics.
- Operate and maintain textile machinery under the supervision of experienced operators, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Monitor production processes, identifying and reporting any issues or discrepancies to ensure consistent quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Participate in quality control inspections, assisting in the identification of defects and ensuring that products meet company specifications.
- Support the fulfillment of production schedules by completing assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking materials and supplies, and reporting shortages to supervisors.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to workplace safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in textiles or manufacturing is a plus.
- A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in a textile manufacturing environment or similar role.
- Familiarity with textile processes and machinery is advantageous but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and perform repetitive tasks.
