We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Theater Assistant in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Theater Manager and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our Aerospace and Defense theater.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Theater Manager in coordinating and organizing theater events, meetings, and activities
- Manage the theater's schedule and calendar, ensuring all events are properly planned and executed
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate logistics for theater events
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, feedback, and other relevant data for theater events
- Assist with marketing and promotion of theater events through various channels
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with budget management and financial reporting for theater events

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
