We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Tour Operator Assistant to join our retail team in Dubai. As a Tour Operator Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing, and booking of tours for our customers. You will work closely with the Tour Operators to ensure that all tour arrangements are made efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating tour packages and itineraries for customers
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about tour options
- Coordinate bookings and reservations for tours, transportation, and accommodations
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of tours
- Assist in preparing tour documents and vouchers for customers
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments
- Provide excellent customer service and support before, during, and after tours
- Assist in marketing and promoting tour packages to increase sales

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and booking systems
- Knowledge of Dubai's tourist attractions and landmarks
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
