Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Town Planner to join our team in Dubai, focusing on retail development projects. As a Town Planner, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of town planning and development, with a specific focus on retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on retail market trends, demographics, and consumer behavior to inform planning decisions
- Develop comprehensive town planning strategies for retail developments, including zoning regulations, land use policies, and design guidelines
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that retail projects are in compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
- Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management and regulatory authorities
- Manage the planning application process, including liaising with local authorities, conducting public consultations, and obtaining necessary approvals
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of retail developments on the local community and environment, and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field
- [5-8] years of experience in town planning, with a focus on retail developments
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's urban planning regulations and policies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, and other planning software
- Membership in a relevant professional organization is preferred
