Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Traffic Coordinator Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating all aspects of transportation and logistics for our aerospace and defense operations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating transportation logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Prepare shipping documents and maintain accurate records of all shipments
- Monitor and track shipment status and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Assist in resolving any transportation-related issues or delays
- Coordinate customs clearance and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Support the Traffic Coordinator in managing transportation costs and optimizing logistics processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the aerospace or defense industry
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics procedures and best practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and logistics software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
