We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traffic Safety Engineer to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traffic engineering and road safety, with experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement traffic safety programs and initiatives to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and contractors on site
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks on the premises
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement traffic flow solutions to optimize safety and efficiency
- Analyze traffic data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements
- Provide training and guidance to employees on traffic safety protocols and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations related to traffic safety and road design

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

- Solid understanding of traffic management principles and practices
- Proficient in traffic modeling software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
