We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Operations Manager to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and transportation management, as well as proven leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all transportation operations, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching
- Manage a team of drivers and logistics coordinators to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Develop and implement transportation strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor transportation expenses and budget to ensure profitability
- Maintain and update transportation policies and procedures to comply with regulations
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth transportation processes
- Analyze transportation data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Implement safety protocols and training programs for transportation staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation operations management
- Strong knowledge of transportation laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in transportation management software and systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
