Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Nurse Assistant to join our dynamic educational team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support nursing staff and contribute to the overall quality of patient care in various healthcare settings across the region. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist registered nurses and healthcare providers in delivering high-quality patient care in various educational environments, including hospitals, clinics, and nursing schools.
- Participate in patient assessments, including taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and assisting with physical examinations.
- Provide basic nursing care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobilizing patients as necessary.
- Support nursing staff with administrative tasks such as maintaining patient records, scheduling appointments, and managing inventory of medical supplies.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of medical conditions as directed by nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in training and orientation programs for new nursing assistants and other healthcare personnel.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care tailored to individual patient needs.
- Assist in the implementation of clinical education programs for nursing students and new staff.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a certified nursing assistant program is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a nursing assistant or in a similar healthcare role.
- Knowledge of basic nursing practices, medical terminology, and patient care techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Working Conditions:

- The position requires flexibility to travel to various healthcare facilities across Dubai.
- You may be required to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- The role may involve physical demands such as lifting patients, providing mobility assistance, and standing for extended periods.
