We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the company's financial assets and liabilities in the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity for the organization
- Execute daily cash management activities including cash positioning, funding, and forecasting
- Assist in the development and implementation of cash management strategies
- Monitor and analyze financial market trends and recommend appropriate actions
- Prepare cash flow reports, variance analysis, and ad-hoc financial reports as needed
- Assist in the management of banking relationships and negotiations
- Support in the implementation and maintenance of treasury systems and processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- [X] years of experience in treasury management, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Knowledge of cash management, banking operations, and financial instruments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Professional certification such as CTP or ACT is a plus
