We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Treasury Manager Assistant to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis, cash management, and treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Treasury Manager in daily cash management activities including monitoring cash balances, preparing cash flow forecasts, and executing funding transactions
- Support the Treasury Manager in managing relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor and analyze financial market trends to optimize investment returns
- Maintain accurate records of all treasury transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in managing foreign exchange exposure and hedging strategies
- Collaborate with internal departments to support strategic financial initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- [X] years of experience in treasury operations or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of treasury management systems and financial software
