We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury operations within the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity management, risk management, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor cash flow and financial transactions to optimize working capital and minimize financial risks
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders
- Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
- Lead a team of treasury professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in treasury operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of financial markets, banking products, and treasury management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Professional certification such as CTP or CFA is a plus
