Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Treasury Analyst in the construction industry, you will be responsible for managing the company's cash flow, forecasting cash needs, and analyzing financial risks related to treasury activities.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage daily cash balances to ensure efficient utilization of funds
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and analyze variances to ensure accurate cash flow projections
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions for borrowing and investment activities
- Analyze and assess financial risks related to foreign exchange, interest rates, and liquidity
- Assist in the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on treasury activities and performance
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize cash management processes and systems
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in treasury management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- [Number] years of experience in treasury or financial analysis, preferably in the construction industry
- Knowledge of treasury management systems and financial software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
