We are seeking a skilled Treasury Analyst to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for managing the company's financial assets, liabilities, and cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity and financial stability. The ideal candidate will have experience in treasury functions within the consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze cash flow and liquidity to ensure efficient use of financial resources
- Prepare cash forecasts and develop strategies to optimize cash management
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure funding and manage debt
- Monitor and manage foreign exchange risk and interest rate exposure
- Assist in the development of treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide support in financial modeling and analysis for strategic decision-making
- Assist in the implementation of treasury management systems and technology solutions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in treasury functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of financial markets, banking products, and treasury operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Professional certification such as CTP or CFA is a plus
