Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Tree Trimmer to join our team in Sharjah. As a Tree Trimmer, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of trees in a retail setting. You will be tasked with trimming branches, removing dead or diseased limbs, and shaping trees to enhance their aesthetic appeal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trim and prune trees using hand tools, power saws, and other equipment
- Remove dead or diseased branches to prevent the spread of disease
- Shape trees to promote healthy growth and improve their appearance
- Inspect trees for signs of pests or disease and recommend treatment as needed
- Operate aerial lifts and other equipment to reach tall trees
- Clean up debris and dispose of branches in an environmentally friendly manner
- Ensure that all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tree Trimmer or similar role
- Knowledge of tree species and proper pruning techniques
- Familiarity with safety procedures and equipment for tree trimming
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining the beauty of trees
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in arboriculture or related field
- Experience working in a retail or commercial setting
