Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Truck Loader Assistant to join our team in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely loading and unloading of medical supplies and equipment. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with medical supplies, equipment, and other healthcare-related materials.
- Ensure that all items are handled with care to prevent damage and maintain the integrity of products.
- Follow proper safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks during loading and unloading activities.
- Organize and categorize items for efficient loading and ensure accurate documentation of all materials handled.
- Collaborate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of healthcare products.
- Conduct routine inspections of loading equipment and notify supervisors of any maintenance needs or safety issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold health and safety standards.
- Support the team in inventory management and stock replenishment tasks as required.
- Participate in training sessions and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with handling medical supplies and equipment is an advantage.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items safely.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in handling healthcare products.
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
