We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer Assistant to join our innovative energy company based in Abu Dhabi. As a UX/UI Designer Assistant, you will work closely with the design team to create engaging and intuitive user experiences for our digital products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the design team in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design concepts are implemented accurately.
- Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and feedback for design improvements.
- Assist in creating user personas and user journey maps to inform design decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
