Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Ultrasound Technician Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the Energy sector. The Ultrasound Technician Assistant will work closely with the Ultrasound Technician to assist in performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures on patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ultrasound technology and be familiar with the equipment and procedures used in ultrasound imaging.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Ultrasound Technician in preparing patients for ultrasound procedures
- Position patients correctly for imaging and ensure their comfort and safety during the procedure
- Prepare and maintain ultrasound equipment for use
- Assist in performing ultrasound scans on patients as directed by the Ultrasound Technician
- Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient information
- Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy at all times
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in the ultrasound department
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a recognized ultrasound technician assistant training program
- Certification as an ultrasound technician assistant is preferred
- Strong knowledge of ultrasound technology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Ultrasound Technician Assistant
