We are seeking a talented UX Researcher to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a UX Researcher in the energy sector, you will be responsible for conducting research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and improve user experiences for our energy products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct user research studies to gather insights and feedback from customers, stakeholders, and end users
- Analyze and interpret research findings to inform product design decisions
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to create user-centered designs
- Develop personas, user journeys, and other UX deliverables to communicate research findings
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in UX research

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
- [Number] years of experience in UX research or a related field
- Proficiency in research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in the energy sector is a plus
- Knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite
