We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Vineyard Manager Assistant in the pharmaceutical industry. This position will be based in Dubai and will require strong organizational skills, a passion for agriculture, and a willingness to learn about the pharmaceutical vineyard industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Vineyard Manager in overseeing all aspects of vineyard operations, including planting, pruning, harvesting, and pest management
- Monitoring vineyard health and implementing appropriate treatments as needed
- Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Managing vineyard staff and delegating tasks as necessary
- Maintaining accurate records of vineyard activities and production yields
- Assisting with budget planning and cost control measures
- Collaborating with the research and development team to implement new technologies and techniques in vineyard management
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, horticulture, or a related field
- At least 2-4 years of experience in vineyard management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical vineyard practices and regulations is a plus
