Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Visual Effects Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai’s Transportation and Logistics sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing visual effects projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all visual elements align with the project goals and deadlines. This position requires a blend of creative and technical skills, along with exceptional project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of visual effects projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and visual effects artists to establish project timelines and milestones.
- Ensure that all visual effects align with the overall vision of the project and meet quality standards.

2. Team Management:
- Coordinate with internal and external teams, including artists, animators, and technical directors, to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
- Oversee the assignment of tasks and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.

3. Budget Management:
- Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently.
- Track expenses and provide regular updates to management regarding budget status.

4. Client Liaison:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding visual effects requests and updates.
- Gather client feedback and relay it to the creative team to ensure client satisfaction.

5. Quality Control:
- Review visual effects outputs for quality and consistency, making necessary adjustments before final delivery.
- Implement best practices and standards for visual effects production.

6. Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and contracts.
- Prepare progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.

7. Technical Support:
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in visual effects to recommend innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during production and coordinate with IT support as necessary.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Animation, Visual Effects, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual effects production or coordination, preferably within the transportation and logistics industry.
- Proficiency in visual effects software such as Adobe After Effects, Nuke, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to interpret creative direction.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Additional Information:

- This position may require occasional travel within the UAE.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in visual effects coordination is highly desirable.
