We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Anticipate and respond to customer needs and requests
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus
