We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Manager Assistant in our construction company based in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing and managing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of construction materials to various project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving, storing, and distributing construction materials within the warehouse
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels
- Assist in conducting regular stock checks and audits
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of materials to project sites
- Assist in managing a team of warehouse staff, including training and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse
- Assist in implementing and maintaining warehouse policies and procedures
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints related to warehouse operations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role
- Knowledge of construction materials and warehouse operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid UAE driver's license is preferred
