Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Watch Repairer to join our dynamic team in Ajman. This position combines traditional watch repair techniques with the latest information technology to deliver exceptional service and quality to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horology and a strong understanding of both mechanical and electronic watch systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Watch Repair and Maintenance:
- Diagnose and repair various types of wristwatches, including mechanical, automatic, and quartz models.
- Perform regular maintenance services such as cleaning, oiling, and adjusting watch movements.
- Replace watch batteries, crystals, and bands as necessary.

2. Technical Proficiency:
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment for repairing watches, ensuring precision and accuracy.
- Maintain an understanding of the latest watch technologies and trends, including smartwatches and hybrid models.

3. Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating repair processes, timelines, and costs to clients.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

4. Inventory Management:
- Manage and maintain an organized inventory of watch parts and tools.
- Order and source replacement parts as needed, ensuring timely repairs.

5. Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough quality checks on completed repairs to ensure proper functionality and aesthetics.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, services, and customer interactions.

6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless workflow and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve skills and stay updated on industry advancements.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a vocational degree in horology or watchmaking is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in watch repair, with a strong background in both traditional and modern timepieces.
- Proficiency in using watch repair tools and technology.
- Familiarity with information technology systems related to watch diagnostics and repair.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
