Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Administrator to join our dynamic team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and securing our web presence, ensuring that our telecommunications services are accessible, efficient, and user-friendly. The Web Administrator will work closely with various departments to support business objectives through effective website management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Website Maintenance: Regularly monitor and maintain the company website, ensuring that all content is up-to-date, accurate, and relevant.

- Technical Support: Provide technical support for website-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to web services.

- Content Management: Manage and update website content using content management systems (CMS) and ensure adherence to branding guidelines and quality standards.

- User Experience Optimization: Analyze user behavior and site performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, enhancing the overall user experience and engagement.

- Security Management: Implement and monitor website security measures to protect against cyber threats, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

- Collaboration: Work with the marketing and IT teams to develop and implement web-based marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business goals.

- SEO and Analytics: Monitor SEO performance and utilize web analytics tools to track traffic and engagement, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.

- Backup and Recovery: Establish and maintain backup procedures to ensure data integrity and availability, along with disaster recovery plans for web services.

- Training and Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for web processes and provide training to team members as necessary.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.

- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in web administration or a similar role, preferably within the telecommunications sector.

- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with various CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal).

- Familiarity with web hosting environments, server management, and basic networking concepts.

- Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.
