We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Operations Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in web operations and management, with a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's website, ensuring optimal performance and functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement web strategies to drive traffic and engagement
- Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Lead a team of web developers, designers, and content creators to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web operations and implement innovative solutions to enhance the user experience
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Strong knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms
