We are seeking a passionate and experienced Wellness Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Wellness Coordinator in the telecommunications industry, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing wellness programs to promote a healthy lifestyle and wellbeing among our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs that address physical, mental, and emotional health for employees.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote wellness initiatives and drive employee engagement.
- Organize and facilitate wellness workshops, seminars, and activities to educate employees on healthy living practices.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to provide wellness services such as fitness classes, nutrition counseling, and mental health support.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs through surveys, feedback, and participation rates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in workplace wellness to continuously improve our programs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, or related field.
