Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wholesale Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Financial Services sector. In this role, you will support the wholesale division by assisting with various operational and administrative tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of our business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Assist in managing relationships with wholesale clients by providing timely responses to inquiries, preparing reports, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client information, transactions, and communications in our internal systems. Ensure that all data is up to date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client activity, and market trends to assist senior management in decision-making processes.
- Administrative Tasks: Support the wholesale team with general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and industry trends that may impact wholesale operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including compliance, risk management, and marketing, to ensure that all wholesale activities align with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing events, seminars, and client meetings to promote our wholesale offerings and enhance client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of wholesale banking products and services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management in financial services is a plus.
