We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Wind Turbine Technician Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will assist the Wind Turbine Technicians in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing wind turbines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of wind turbines
- Conduct routine inspections of wind turbine components
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks as needed
- Assist with data collection and record-keeping
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred (minimum of 2 years)
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver's license
