Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Window Installer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, focusing on energy-efficient window installations for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in window installation, with a keen understanding of energy-efficient solutions and techniques. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality work, and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install a variety of window types, including double-glazed, triple-glazed, and energy-efficient windows, ensuring compliance with industry standards and building codes.
- Assess existing window frames and structures for compatibility with new installations, making necessary adjustments or repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to determine installation requirements and specifications.
- Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively to ensure precise and secure window installations.
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to verify quality and performance, making adjustments or corrections as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns, ensuring a positive installation experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices related to window installation and energy efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in window installation, preferably in the energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of various window types and installation techniques, with a focus on energy-efficient products.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools relevant to window installation.
- Understanding of local building codes and regulations related to window installations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
