We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Youth Development Coordinator Assistant in the transportation and logistics industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for youth development and a background in logistics or related fields.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Youth Development Coordinator in planning and implementing youth development programs and initiatives.
- Coordinate transportation logistics for youth events, workshops, and activities.
- Communicate with youth participants, parents, and program partners to ensure smooth coordination of events.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on program outcomes and impact.
- Support the Youth Development Coordinator in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the community.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in youth development or transportation and logistics.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry in Dubai is a plus.
