We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Youth Programs Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and experience working with youth programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative youth programs focused on Information Technology
- Coordinate with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote and deliver youth programs
- Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with funding requirements
- Develop partnerships with industry leaders to enhance program offerings and opportunities for youth participants
- Act as a mentor and role model for program participants, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate youth programs into overall organizational strategy

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- [X] years of experience in developing and managing youth programs
- Strong understanding of Information Technology concepts and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Knowledge of best practices in youth development and program evaluation
