Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Youth Counselor to join our team in Dubai. The Youth Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling and support services to students in an educational setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counseling, social work, or psychology, and a genuine interest in working with youth.

Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling services to students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies to address behavioral issues and promote positive outcomes for students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students in need of counseling services.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and student progress.
- Stay current on best practices in counseling and youth development to inform counseling strategies.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

- Knowledge of child and adolescent development theories and practices.
