Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Zoning Inspector to join our team in Dubai. The Zoning Inspector will be responsible for ensuring compliance with zoning laws and regulations within the educational sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of zoning codes, laws, and regulations, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of educational facilities to ensure compliance with zoning laws and regulations
- Review zoning applications and permits for educational buildings and structures
- Investigate complaints related to zoning violations and work with property owners to resolve issues
- Prepare reports documenting findings from inspections and investigations
- Coordinate with other departments and agencies to enforce zoning laws and regulations
- Stay up-to-date on changes to zoning laws and regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to educational institutions on zoning compliance issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field
- [X] years of experience working in zoning enforcement or a related field
- Strong knowledge of zoning laws, codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
