We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Academic Dean to join our team in Dubai. The Academic Dean will be responsible for overseeing all academic programs related to consumer goods, ensuring the highest standards of education are maintained and students are prepared for successful careers in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement academic policies and procedures to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the educational programs in consumer goods.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop curriculum, course materials, and assessments that meet industry standards and student needs.
- Recruit, train, and support faculty members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality instruction.
- Monitor student progress and performance, and implement interventions as needed to support student success.
- Maintain accreditation standards and compliance with regulatory requirements for consumer goods programs.
- Collaborate with industry partners to develop internship and job placement opportunities for students.
- Manage the academic budget and resources effectively to support the needs of the consumer goods programs.

Requirements:
- Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field such as consumer goods, business administration, or education.
- At least 5 years of experience in academic leadership roles, preferably in consumer goods or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, assessment, and accreditation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including faculty, students, industry partners, and regulatory agencies.
