We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and procedures, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- [Number] years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
