We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Dubai. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and expense reports in a timely manner
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and process payments to vendors via check, wire transfer, or electronic payment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues
- Assist with audits and compliance requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance is a plus
