We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Dubai within the Consumer Goods industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, a high attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
- Verify approval for invoices and ensure proper coding
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Prepare and analyze reports as needed
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
