We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the agriculture industry and a strong background in accounting principles.

Responsibilities:
- Process and monitor incoming payments and invoices
- Prepare and send out invoices to customers
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable
- Communicate with customers regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 2-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of agriculture industry practices is a plus
