We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Addiction Counselor to join our team in Dubai within the Energy sector. As an Addiction Counselor, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals struggling with addiction issues, helping them overcome their dependencies and achieve long-lasting recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to evaluate clients' addiction issues, mental health status, and treatment needs
- Developing personalized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients
- Providing individual and group counseling sessions to address addiction issues and promote recovery
- Monitoring clients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care for clients
- Educating clients and their families on addiction, recovery, and coping strategies
- Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Licensed or certified Addiction Counselor
