We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Addiction Counselor to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing counseling and support to individuals struggling with addiction issues within our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to evaluate the severity of addiction and mental health issues
- Developing personalized treatment plans for individuals based on their specific needs and goals
- Providing individual and group counseling sessions to address addiction issues and promote recovery
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for individuals
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress of individuals in treatment and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Providing education and support to families and loved ones of individuals struggling with addiction
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records of client sessions and progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Licensed Addiction Counselor in the state of Dubai
- [X] years of experience working as an Addiction Counselor in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of addiction issues and treatment modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of cultural sensitivity and diversity awareness
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
