We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agricultural Operations Program Manager to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all agricultural operations within our aerospace and defense organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement agricultural programs and strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of agricultural operations, including crop production, livestock management, and land use planning.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of agricultural programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of agricultural programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to agricultural operations.
- Manage the budget for agricultural programs and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Supervise a team of agricultural specialists and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate agricultural operations with overall business strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural operations management.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, techniques, and technologies.
- Experience in developing and implementing agricultural programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
