Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agricultural Operations Program Manager to oversee and enhance our agricultural programs in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural management, project coordination, and operational strategy development. This role is critical in ensuring effective program implementation, resource management, and overall agricultural productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Development and Management:
- Design, implement, and manage agricultural programs and projects that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to deadlines.

2. Operational Oversight:
- Oversee daily agricultural operations, including crop production, pest management, irrigation, and harvesting processes.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, utilizing data analysis to drive improvements and efficiency.

3. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of agricultural specialists, field workers, and support staff to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge in modern agricultural practices.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with local farmers, agricultural institutions, and government agencies to promote sustainable agricultural practices and community engagement.
- Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and workshops to advocate for agricultural innovation and development.

5. Research and Development:
- Stay informed about the latest agricultural technologies, trends, and best practices, incorporating relevant findings into program strategies.
- Initiate and oversee research projects aimed at improving crop yields, sustainability, and resource management.

6. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with local and international agricultural regulations and standards.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on program progress, outcomes, and financial performance to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Horticulture, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural operations management or program coordination, preferably in a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of modern agricultural practices, crop management, and sustainable farming techniques.
- Proven experience in project management, including budget management and resource allocation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both English and Arabic preferred.
