We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Air Traffic Control Specialist Assistant in Sharjah. In this role, you will provide support to the Air Traffic Control Specialist in managing air traffic within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Air Traffic Control Specialist in monitoring and coordinating air traffic activities
- Communicate with pilots and ground staff to ensure the safe and efficient flow of air traffic
- Maintain accurate records of air traffic movements and communication
- Assist in developing and implementing air traffic control procedures and protocols
- Monitor weather conditions and other factors that may impact air traffic operations
- Provide support during emergencies and other critical situations
- Collaborate with other air traffic control personnel to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Air Traffic Control, or a related field
- Prior experience in air traffic control or a related field (at least 2 years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations with composure
- Proficiency in using air traffic control systems and software
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
