We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Alumni Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Alumni Program Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and support our alumni network within the consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy to build and maintain relationships with former employees
- Plan and execute events, workshops, and networking opportunities for alumni
- Collaborate with internal teams to create career development resources and opportunities for alumni
- Maintain regular communication with alumni through newsletters, social media, and other channels
- Track and analyze alumni engagement metrics to evaluate the success of the program
- Provide support and resources to alumni seeking career advancement within the consumer goods industry
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to leverage alumni network for talent acquisition and employee referrals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in alumni relations, corporate communications, or related field
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Experience working in the consumer goods industry is preferred
