Join a dynamic and growing team in the transportation and logistics industry as an Alumni Program Manager based in Dubai. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to develop and manage our alumni program, fostering relationships with former employees and building a strong network of industry professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive alumni program strategy to engage former employees and strengthen connections within the industry
- Plan and execute networking events, workshops, and other activities to facilitate communication and collaboration among alumni
- Maintain regular communication with alumni through various channels, including email newsletters, social media, and in-person meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for alumni involvement in mentoring, recruiting, and other initiatives
- Track and report on alumni engagement metrics to measure the success of the program and identify areas for improvement
- Manage the alumni database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for all former employees
- Provide support and resources to alumni seeking career development opportunities within the transportation and logistics industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in alumni relations, event planning, or related roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
