We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Alumni Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and a passion for connecting with and engaging alumni.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for engaging and retaining alumni within the Information Technology sector
- Plan and coordinate alumni events, networking opportunities, and professional development workshops
- Build and maintain relationships with alumni through regular communication and outreach
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for alumni involvement in mentorship, job placements, and industry partnerships
- Track and analyze alumni engagement metrics to measure the success of program initiatives
- Manage the alumni database and ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Provide support and guidance to alumni seeking career advice, job opportunities, or professional development resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in alumni relations, program management, or related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully engaging and retaining alumni
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of the Information Technology industry and current trends
