We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Ambassador Assistant to support our Ambassador in the energy industry based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and a passion for the energy sector.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Ambassador, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the Ambassador
- Assist in organizing events, meetings, and conferences related to the energy industry
- Conduct research and prepare reports on industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the energy sector
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
