We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Ambassador Assistant in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide support to our brand ambassadors and help to promote our consumer goods products in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, product launches, and promotional activities with brand ambassadors
- Liaise with brand ambassadors to ensure they have all necessary materials and information for events and activities
- Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to promote brand awareness
- Assist in creating content for social media platforms, including writing captions and designing graphics
- Compile and analyze data on the performance of brand ambassador activities and provide reports to the marketing team
- Coordinate logistics for brand ambassador travel and accommodation arrangements
- Assist in managing the budget for brand ambassador activities and ensure expenses are within allocated funds
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- [Number] years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
